Welcome!

A report to the Legislature released in 2009 outlined a collaborative program designed to assist cities in achieving their sustainability goals. The Minnesota GreenStep Cities program launched in June 2010, and today supports approx 125 cities and tribal bodies in implementing best practices and achieving recognition for their work.

Over the years, program partners have shared the responsibility of moving the program's development forward, and now are working to streamline the program's digital presence!

• This Minnesota GreenStep Cities blog will be the home of archived workshop content, program updates, and news. 
• The Minnesota GreenStep Cities Youtube Channel will be where video content will live for your green viewing pleasure!
• City officials can register for upcoming GreenStep Cities technical workshops and webinars here. Your city does not need to be a member of the GreenStep Cities program to register.
